Meet the Rivermere of Brookfield leadership team. Our community’s high standards are reflected in the people who lead it each day. With experience, care, and attention to detail, they help ensure residents feel supported, engaged, and at home.
Terry Jackson, Executive Director
Terry Jackson brings more than 18 years of experience as an Executive Director in senior living to Rivermere of Brookfield. Throughout his career, he has led assisted living, independent living and memory care communities across Connecticut, with a strong focus on resident satisfaction, quality care, and team development.
As Executive Director, Terry oversees the daily operations of the community and supports a team dedicated to providing attentive care and a welcoming environment for residents and their families. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Babson College.
Christina Demersky, Senior Advisor
Christina Demersky brings more than 12 years of sales experience to her role at Rivermere of Brookfield, including a background in senior living and residential leasing. She enjoys building relationships with older adults and their families, helping them explore their options and feel confident in their decisions.
Christina also holds a degree in Graphic Design and has a lifelong appreciation for creativity and the arts, interests she continues to pursue in her personal time.
Dean Brown, Area Liaison
As an Area Community Liaison, Dean supports the Senior Advisors at EPOCH communities in Connecticut and New York. Dean is responsible for building relationships with area professionals and organizations to coordinate support for seniors and families who are looking for living options or care for a loved one.
Dean joined the EPOCH Senior Living team in 2022. He has worked in the senior living and healthcare industries for more than 10 years. During this time, he made countless connections with doctors, hospitals, and organizations like the Alzheimer’s Association® in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. He has a passion for helping seniors and their families connect with resources that benefit them and their loved ones.
