Memory Care is specialized senior care designed for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Bridges Memory Care provides structured routines and compassionate memory support in a homelike setting.

If your loved one has difficulty with activities of daily living, like getting out of bed, bathing, or dressing, Assisted Living may be appropriate. At Rivermere of Brookfield, we adapt our care as the disease progresses. Our specialized, compassionate team can care for your loved one through all stages of dementia, allowing them to age in place without having to move to a different environment.

At Rivermere of Brookfield, we offer programming seven days a week. Our life enrichment teams create activities that offer residents opportunities to move, get creative, and socialize. We adapt each activity so all residents can take part in some way, and loved ones are invited to come along if they wish.

We offer three, chef-prepared meals per day, with two options presented for every meal. Care teams are on hand to help with mealtime in our inviting shared spaces, adapting to each resident’s needs. Besides the two meal options, there are also always-available snacks for residents.
